[Ecwid] Allow displaying pickup locations under the "Shipping" delivery option

Currently, it is only possible to display ShipWisely pickup locations under a “pick-up” delivery option (2nd option on the screenshot).

There should be a setting to display pickup locations under the “Shipping” option to streamline my deliveries (1st option in red).
