A question we've been asked a lot: "Customer emailed asking to change their pickup point — what do I do?" Until now, the answer involved a lot of manual work. Now it's a couple of clicks.
ShipWisely adds a block to your Shopify order details page.
See the chosen pickup point — carrier, point name, full address and opening hours — without leaving the order.
Change it in place. Open the picker, search, select, done. The order's pickup data is updated and, if it was waiting on a pickup point, the hold is released.
Search that actually finds things. Search by point name, address or ID, filtered to the carriers you have enabled, so you never pick a point you can't ship to.
Opening hours at a glance, grouped sensibly, e.g. Monday–Saturday: 08:00–22:00 · Sunday: 09:00–22:00.
Available in 27 languages, matching your Shopify admin language.
Smartpost / Posti — migrated to their current API ahead of the old one being retired. Nothing to do on your side.
Venipak Lithuania — lockers now follow the new carrier's 25 kg weight limit.
Carrier identity is now consistent across checkout, the admin block and the pickup point map. This fixes points from certain carriers failing to load or save, and map pins vanishing when a carrier icon was missing.

Every time a customer reaches the shipping step, Shopify asks ShipWisely for rates. That round trip used to take about 2.1 seconds. It's now comfortably under half a second.
We rebuilt the request path: parallel carrier lookups, caching, and streamlined product-dimension reads. Fewer customers wait on a spinner or see an empty shipping step.
The ShipWisely admin app loads noticeably faster too — the plan and billing information have been optimized under the hood.
The app home page now shows exactly where you stand against your plan.
Live usage bar — orders used, your monthly limit, and the date your usage resets.
A heads-up at 80% with an "Approaching limit" badge.
A clear warning at 100% explaining that pickup points stop being offered at checkout until your usage resets — no more guessing why they disappeared.
One-click upgrade when you need more headroom.
Every order with a pickup point now carries a searchable, filterable field in the Shopify admin, in the form Omniva — Riga parcel locker. Filter your order list, build segments, and export by carrier or pickup location using Shopify's native filters.

Dimension-based rate calculation is now an explicit toggle. Leave it off, and ShipWisely skips the product-dimension lookups entirely — a simpler, faster setup for stores that price shipping by weight or flat rate.

Oversized orders slipping through. When one product variant appeared on several order lines (very rare, but possible), we undercounted the total volume, so orders that should have exceeded your size limits were still offered locker rates. Fixed.
Prices in currencies that don't use two decimals are now converted correctly.
"Limit reached" no longer appears on plans with no order limit at all.

Until now, offering parcel locker and pickup point selection at checkout required a Shopify plan with access to the Carrier Calculated Service API. It doesn't anymore.
ShipWisely now has a second delivery flow that works on any Shopify plan.
Choose your carriers and map them to your shipping rates. Customers select their parcel locker or pickup point after checkout, and the order is held until they do.
Guided onboarding. The app walks you through connecting carriers, mapping rates, and adding the pickup block.
Development stores supported. Set everything up and test the full flow before you go live, without a paid plan.
Some customers finish checkout and never come back to choose their pickup point. Our new Flow template reminds them automatically.
Install it from Shopify's Flow template gallery — no configuration needed. Customise the email or SMS step to match your brand, and you're done.
The pickup point banner now renders a demo state inside the Shopify theme editor, so you can see exactly how it looks and where it sits while you're placing it. We've also added step-by-step instructions for adding the banner to your order status and order pages.
Stores that do have Carrier Calculated Service API access get a new in-app onboarding guide, covering carrier setup, rate configuration, and the go-live checklist in one place.
The plan banner now explains what applies to development stores, instead of showing pricing that doesn't apply to them.
Uninstalling ShipWisely now cleanly removes all of your store's data.

We have exciting news! ShipWisely is now available on Shopify 🥳 You can now offer dimension-based rates, pickup points, and parcel locker delivery to your Shopify customers across the EU and UK.
Next, we’ve launched our product portal (this site) — a place where you can share feedback, discuss ideas, track our roadmap, see changes, and find helpful articles.

After studying lots of apps that integrate pickup points on Shopify, and finding none that had all the essential features, we’ve built ShipWisely for Shopify from the ground up with them in mind:
Seamless integration with the native checkout, requiring no coding or theme changes, ensures customers cannot skip the pickup point selection
Dimensional-based rates, just like in our Ecwid app, where the lowest prices are given based on order size, weight, and applicable rules
Oversized order protection to decrease after-sales support
Support for “Express Checkout” with Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and others
Simply add your rates, and ShipWisely will automatically show customers the nearest pickup locations and exact delivery rates.
If you have a Shopify store and would like to offer Omniva, Venipak, InPost, Unisend, Lietuvos Paštas, DPD, Smartpost, Posti, and Latvijas Pasts for both parcel locker and pickup point options, give it a try!

To better understand your needs and prioritise feature requests, we’ve launched a product portal (the portal you are reading now) where you can share feedback, submit feature requests, and vote on existing ones. Your input will guide our priorities and help us deliver the features you need — sooner!
For instance, we’re actively working to bring new carriers, pickup points, and many requested features to Ecwid:
[Ecwid] Allow displaying pickup locations under the "Shipping" delivery option
[Ecwid] Display list of closest parcel lockers based on shipping address
Join us and help shape our path, creating the best shipping platform for your business!
Good to know: There’s more in the portal — you can track our roadmap, see changes, and find helpful articles there too
That’s it for now. Stay tuned, and don’t forget to subscribe to our changelog newsletter to know first about the latest features, changes, and improvements.

We’re excited to announce that we’ve added DPD integration for Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia, including support for both DPD Parcel Lockers and DPD Courier services.

As with Omniva, this integration currently supports customers who have existing DPD contracts. You can learn how to enable your DPD integration in this article: DPD Baltics
Shipment statuses: It is now possible to change the status of a parcel locker shipment without creating a pickup: Allow shipping parcel locker shipments without a pickup
B2B Deliveries: You can now mark a shipment as a B2B delivery when you enter a company name for the recipient; such shipments will be delivered to an office address.
Support landline numbers: Fixed an issue where it was impossible to create Omniva shipments with a landline phone number.
Stability improvement: Fixed an issue where the app crashed if you had orders that did not require shipping.
With this launch we’re ready to proceed our integration work and move on to the Venipak Integration
