[Shopify] Weight-based rates for pickup points

Some carriers, such as DPD, use weight-based rates for pickup points. Currently, we do not support rates based solely on weight; therefore, these carriers have one rate per pickup point. We need to add support for weight-based rates to increase flexibility.

Example:

• 0 - 0.5 kg: €2

• 0.5 - 10 kg: €4

• 10kg - 20 kg: €6
